I grew up in the kitchens of Philadelphia’s finest restaurants, including famed Steven Starr Restaurant Group, Le Bec Fin and Brasserie Perrier by Chef Georges Perrier. Through these experiences I learned the skills, techniques, and flavors from internationally acclaimed professional chefs.
Vibrant Seasonal Ingredients drive my culinary sensibility and style. My menus celebrate French, Italian, and American Comfort Classics. My food is delicious and tailored, but not fussy. I believe that Taste is Everything!

WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM
We had Tom Miller and the entire Tom Miller Food staff at our winter house in Tampa Florida. We were absolutely floored with the professionalism of the entire staff. The food was incredible and the wine selections were delicious. Even though the staff had flown down with a lay over everyone was on time and we could tell everyone was having fun! Thank you so much for making dad's 85th birthday a smashing success! We love you Tom!
